Our payment term is Net 30th Month Following. It means full payment is due by the 30th day of the next month after you receive the goods.

All products are sold F.O.B. Surrey Plant. All shipping risks and transportation fees will be borne by buyers once goods leave our Surrey factory.

No. First, all returns need our official authorization in advance. Second, only standard in-stock goods with intact original packaging and undamaged condition are eligible for return. Custom special orders cannot be returned.

Yes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned inventory goods, and this fee must be confirmed and approved before you ship items back.

No. The $35 pallet deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether pallets are returned or not.
